Why don't you host it on a Saturday, earlier in the evening? You could start around 4-5pm EST, which would be like 10-11pm your time. Or even earlier, depending on when your other folks would be willing to play

I'd like to do hidden fun nights but since I'm in a different time zone, it's going to be impossible for me to attend it.
Around 8 PM 'Merica is around 2 AM 'Hollanda time and I'm really not staying up till 2 AM for a fun night, even though it's called fun 'night'

Well to you Leet! I finally made it to the first legendary (unexpectedly and was not prepared) and got very very lucky, goofed and burned it but caught it on the first ultra ball before it could die. Woo. Also this is the first legendary where I've been like THIS THING IS SO COOL NEED IT ON MY TEAM Gen I had some badass legendaries but there was nothing to do after you caught them.
