ZM2 is still buggy as fuck. Until it is perfected people won't abandon ZM1, I know most of our admins prefer ZM1, some of our players have flat out said they don't want ZM2, so I'm pretty sure we'll be good for a while at least.

Anyways, reason an official announcement wasn't made is because it's not 100% set up. Just has stock maps and what not.
It has sourcebans, and sourcemod.
Should be fully setup and officially announced later today or Early Tomorrow.
All admins from ZM1 will be ported over to ZM2. In that you will have admin on both.
Sounds good, at least we will be prepared. Will this sync up our ban lists between the two? Not sure how all that works, only ever dealt with one server at a time with ZPS

So thankfully, we will never have it here. Every time someone joins our server and says !respawn, !menu, or !upgrades I die a little inside, and thank god these morons usually stay on their own shitty server, with the children and trolls.

Rtd is great, but if we put anything like Upgrades on or respawn we're asking for the shit crowd.
Read the post before freaking out Tictac, he said "Just helps with populating if people see we upgraded straight away." meaning upgrading from ZM1 to ZM2, not installing the crappy upgrades plugin.

IMO we don't need to switch over unless we lose players to ZM2. The only improvement I see is that players can't teamkill by blocking people anymore.

Supposedly, seeing as how all the old maps can be ported to ZM2, I think in the next few months we should get a ZM2 server set up like our Zm server, and eventually phase out the ZM server if there aren;t enough players, in case ZM2 takes all the population from ZM.
