Halo TRILOGY should have stopped on 3.
Same goes with Gears of War but here we are, with Judgement or whatever the new one's called.
343 studios undoubtedly will have probably produced a good game but I think the story ended and should have stayed ended on Halo 3/Reach...
Couldn't disagree more, as much as I love to rip on Halo 4 halo 2 & 3 were just dragging out the series in all reality Halo 4 should have been halo 2. Although I'm not really to excited for them dragging out another trilogy so that they can keep the series going, I am glad to see that they are actually exploring the halo universe instead of just finding more and more halo rings because they are the title of the game.
Halo 3's ending was incredibly forced and anti climatic, I'm actually glad they have stopped beating around the bush and are parting ways with combat evolved.
I pretty much totally agree with this. I do feel that the original 3 games were pretty much perfect though.
The issue isn't so much exploring the Halo universe. There's a reason why they have books... In fact, if you're REALLY that interested in the Halo universe, you should seriously read them because they're absolutely amazing and probably one of my favorite series of books ALONG SIDE the Gears of War books. Sad, right? Halo's universe is extremely easy to get addicted to, but unless you actually BOTHER to read the books, you always feel like you want more. The reason why I feel like it needs to stop at 3 is because I've already explored what I wanted to and quite frankly, I don't want to see it continue onto the forerunner's story. We all know that 343 is just going to add onto the Forerunners and Prometheans story and that's about it. You learn everything you needed to know about the Covenant in 1 & 2 (if you were willing to follow the story) and more so about the Flood in 2 & 3. CE just fucking beat around the bush with the Flood, just calling it a parasite and a disease, and how the Covenant wished to rid the universe by going on the Great Journey to activate the rings. Now, that being said, I wouldn't be against another book... just don't think there's a lot to add onto a 14 hour campaign...

Yes it would, its intentionally avoiding punishment and telling people how to. Its undermining your fellow admins.
I entirely agree... It's the same as going onto Richland (while the laser glitch was still active) and telling people HOW to glitch the trap and telling them it's okay, because you're a head admin and you can bend rules... Besides, I agree with second chances, not the admin's behavior...

Oh yeah, I told him that he could get around the forum ban (i won't write it here for obvious reasons) but he refused.
Regardless of the ultimate intent of the user, nobody (specially an admin) should give information to a banned member on how to backdoor the ban.
Isn't anyone else slightly concerned about this post?

It's k, I still have 2 and a half hearts left. Btw, I had a little kid ask me if they were minecraft hearts when I was at work one time.. I was thoroughly annoyed by that question but I appeased by politely saying "No, it's from a game much older than minecraft", in which replied "Wow, okay.." in a sarcastic tone and he walked away. Got to fucking love kids..
Hopefully you punched the little bastard before he walked out?

This is not about Crypto, nor was Crypto's return up for discussion on forums.
No need to get defensive. It's the fact he was banned for trolling/constantly spamming/etc. It's just that it'd be hypocritical to treat someone differently for behaviors they expressed previously but others promote good behavior afterwards. Also, I know Crypto was banned for a few stupid reasons. Trust me.. I know. That wasn't even remotely the point. We've all done bad, why is it such a hassle to just re-ban someone if they haven't changed?

I said this in vent last night, let me say it here.
People we let in with no appeal based on the fact they were banned by WG:
Crypto - Massive troll who i've never seen as someone who is pleasant to play with. All he does is complain when things aren't his way.
Kwaurtz - He DDOS'ed other communities which caused them to counter attack us. (If you're gonna say "but WG told him too" think about it: Would you attack other people's servers "because a CL told you to")
People we are debating
Rebel/Snak - A causal troll who does take it too far some times. The worst thing I'VE SEEN him do it yell at admins when they didn't answer why he was muted/gagged. I'm not saying his innocent by anystandard.
Think about it...
*S-slowly raises hand* Why not Boxman? To be honest, if Rebel can't come back, this is kind of fucked up. Everyone is given a second chance.. it's only fair if he does as well.
