I'm going to throw in my two cents and say that it was a misunderstanding.

I've played with Remscar on multiple occasions and like he said, any time he has ever rdm'd was when it was after the round or a mistake. Biasing your opinion off of one time events isn't fair towards anyone, player or admin alike.

Mex, I know you were mad for Remscar rocketing you, but was it really necessary to carry it on to the next round? And Remscar, was it really necessary for a ban for a revenge rdm but maybe a kick? After all it wasn't repetitive from what I read and the fact that the two were apologizing afterwards makes me more convinced that it was mis-communication from both sides. And as Agentorange said, it is extremely hard to hear everything being said over the mic of 4-6 people at the end of a round, and usually when a person has a mic they tend to avoid looking at the chat.

Both of you also should probably control your temper. Remscar I'm not sure if you are aware of the etiquette but if you raise your text size and bold it; it makes people think you are shouting at them. And Mex as Agent said you should also try to befriend the admins instead of trying to make enemies of them. Because Remscar didn't hear you doesn't mean he is ignoring you. Try to get his attention different ways by means of SF, waiting to use Mic, or even using chat. You could also refer to the !report command.

As for the rocketry, regardless if it was obvious who it was or not I personally think it should have been delayed until it was over. Therefor a lot less of this would have to be slapped into the report and put against you, Remscar.

Multiple witnesses can be an addition to proof. But just having witnesses alone doesn't really help because for all the admins know any or all of your witnesses could be your friends. This is why it is imperative to gather evidence along with witnesses to help support any case.

In a final note, as I said, it was a misunderstanding. Mex, in all probability the charges will be dropped. So I really suggest it was dropped. As I read it was a one time thing and it really isn't necessary to create such a hassle over something like this.

Remscar we are looking at how you dealt with it..... Personally I don't care for you that much and from your actions I believe your very immature. I happen to remember all the times you spammed the mic with your voice changers. It was rather annoying and people asked you to stop but you kept going.

epsilon this was not a 1 time thing this is not the first time it has happened i did not have an attitude and used the mic when noone was talking to make sure i got heard. seeing as its the firdt time i ever rdmed. i found it funny how i was instantly punished by rem and he was going to let the other party off with nothing. until agentorange rocketed him which then remscar asked why he did that.. i am friendly towards everybody i have added a lot of friends from that server so obviously i dont have an attitude. so befriending an admin has nothing to do with it i already tried talking it out with him but like i said was mocked and ignored. All i see here is you putting your 2 cents in to save another admin which if you did not witness dont think you can say  much about. like i said this is not the first time this has happened and it most likely wont be the last unless something is done. i appreciate wholegrain taking the time to look into this thank you. but obviously if so many reports have been posted against rem maybe they are actually true right?

Mex, I'm referring that it is the first time it has happened to you. I have never seen Remscar rocket everyone or even heard of it except this time. And you were reportedly punished for your attitude, or so agent says.

Be advised that befriending admins has a LOT to do with it. I would be able to assist more efficiently with you rather than you giving me or another admin a temper tantrum demanding things from us. I believe I as well as the administration team would love to hear a few words such as please and thanks every once in a while to make sure we are doing our jobs correctly.

And you seem to think that I am trying to save another admin? Did you not see me give him criticism as well as you? I am of course not going to vote for his admin removal because of the given circumstances that would be like us banning you permanently for a mistaken rdm. Doesn't make sense does it? None of the admins plot with each other to make sure we all stay in the administrative team.

And if this is not the first time it has happened to you it would be helpful to reclaim past events that this occurred to you so the administration team could look into it further. Obviously it would be of more help to us all instead of saying admins are going to suddenly back each other up.

And just because reports are sent in does not make them true and usually most of the reports are disproven with both parties realizing why. Usually it's either an honest mistake to which the admin apologizes to the accuser or the player is disproven for lack of evidence or some similar reason. Multiple reports of somebody does not make them all true.

And to Coward. I was there when he was using voice changers and people only started to complain when others started putting theirs on as well. It was actually Remscar who voted to remove the voice changers all together or get a kick.

i dont know how many times i have to say it i dont ave an attitude i didnt give any attitude. when we (me and coward) rdmed we were apologizing to each other then i was kicked for an attitude? there was no attitude and i wasnt speaking to any admin when i allegedly had an attitude. i'm not a hard person to get along with i just dont like being lied against. these things have happened multiple times during the week. for no apparent reason. its not fair to say just cause there is no proof it didnt happen and should be dropped. i'm just asking for some admins to put a little time into this.

As I said Mex. We can't until you get us more info. This is why it would be more helpful to have evidence along with witnesses. And because it isn't fair doesn't make it not happen. It'll happen regardless unless you are able to come up with more evidence I'm afraid. Or unless Wholegrain finds something in the logs.

3 ppl have spoken up your telling me 3 ppl that have witnessed is not enough. i understand the evidence is needed but i dont think i should have to run fraps everytime i play the game just for evidence. all i'm asking is for a little cooperation eps. i just want to enjoy the game along with the others.
