I love the new update, haven't done too much with marines yet, but i have been playing the aliens heavily and wow so many fun things to do, gorge tunnel sneak attack !!!
But for how the games handles Pyro it should work on a 3.3ghz the cores don't seem to matter to this game its all about your clock speed, as the higher clock speeds seem to give people a better fps due to the flaws with using lua in there coding.
So I played it a bit and I feel like a complete noob again.
Marines got buffed quite a bit while aliens got nerfed quite a bit. Maybe I just experience it that way because I haven't really tried out the new stuff except for the new cloaking system, which sucks btw.
Back to noob friendly servers it is!
Oh and when is our server going to get fixed? 
I find the new cloaking system to be really good, you just have to walk now when cloaked, i find it made the cloaking for aliens less op, and really makes you think and plan out where to hide and ambush the marines, no more just running up to marines all cloaked.
Also When is our server going to come back up. Are we gonna update it with the new gorgeous patch??
I'd love to start filling up our servers again.
Okay okay, I gotta say that I do like the new cloaking system now. I just did not no how to use it that well I guess.
And I dunno about our server but we havent been able to play on it for quite a bit sadly
