Cortez for TTT HA

As you seen Towersheep has resigned from his position, although he will still around here so don't fret!

His possible replacement is somebody who has been around I think longer then I have in CG, and is one of our best TTT admins. Due to his continued excellent services rendered, and overall being a good guy, Cortez is nominated for HA.

Ahem...yes please. Great guy, friendly, has the qualities of an HA. One of maybe 2 or 3 people I would pick to be the New HA.
