I have known Penguin for as long as you have, if not more. I know his Admin qualifications. However, the issue cannot simply be dismissed just like that. We have crashing opinions and sides, which need to be carefully assessed before doing anything else.

Proposition: From here on out if Penguin is caught abusing then his admin is stripped or some other punishment is enforced. That wraps things up regardless of whether or not he is guilty as charged, since (a) if he didn't abuse then he's not likely to do so in the future in any case and (b) if he really did abuse then he's had his warning and won't do it again.

Ok, I did restart check the logs then I saw the toggle cloak thing come up after I came back from some admin. Like I said before I had ulx on another server either I accidently pressed a bind or it was a glitch(also I didnt remeber till later since I havent played gmod for a while that I may have had binds with ulx commands). I was not admin abuseing I have had more admin experiance then any of you combined. I have no reason to cheat nor do I tolerate the action. To continue to defend your point would be pointless since all this information is comeing from your POV. Unless you have some real "proof" of admin abuse. I believe you guys just want to be the great big fail vigilantes of that server. I have nothing more to say get off my ass!

I'm sure its coincidental that this occurred when no other admin was on, which in itself is quite rare for daytime play. And that he uncloaked himself only after the majority of the server was complaining.

silly agent orange I never "uncloaked" myself I never went near those commands in the ulx menu. After rejoining( to see if that would fix the problem since so many people requested me to do so) I saw in the chat log admin so and so(not sure who it was) toggled or untoggled cloak on me.

Sounds good enough, Cryptos proposal. A warning is set then, and we can forget about this and move on. Any other admin abuse report will result in admin removal.

If there are any further (PERSONAL) disputes to be cleared out of the way, please resort to Steam chat. I will leave the thread open for one more day so that any other formal and objective complaints can be properly addressed. It will be then locked and moved.

But my question to zombie penguin is, did you, knowingly or unknowingly, activate cloak on yourself on the server during the disputed time?

This is bound to end in a flame war, so I am locking it. I do not intend to discredit anybody. Everybody has had their saying on the matter. The issue is solved. OMG ZombiePenguin will have his admin stripped if he abuses admin, and that is that.
