You have to admit the gun was OP. It fired silent, and fired two shots a second, which made it too good for CQB, something snipers are NOT good with. It fires slower now but still faster then the scout, so what's the issue?

I feel like it fires slower than the scout. The recoil is 3x higher than the scout's recoil. It's less accurate than the scout is. It has a smaller clip than the scout. No point in buying it.

Seriously, I just tried the Vintar out and it hardly feels different. I did fine getting headshots, but I was never addicted to using it to begin with.

There's enough time between shots to counter the recoil anyways... You should try playing day of defeat source and seeing how bad the recoil is, on every weapon.

What's wrong is that why have a traitor weapon that is worse than a regular weapon that anyone can pick up. It just means there is a weapon that is unnecessary to have in game anymore. It might as-well be removed in it's current state unless it's reset to its previous form or buffed to a noticeable extent.
