Additional comments: Basically, two people were in, what I thought was a fight (Nexus later explained to me that they were shooting at a T who had JUST left the room). But, one inno had (I guess accidentally) called out  the other inno. Anyway, I happened to be near them and walk in on the gunshots (and what looked like a fight) and the callout and, since the one person was being called out, and the other one wasn't, naturally, I attacked the called out player who did not protest the call out at all. I killed him, and he turned out to be an inno, so I killed the person who called him out, presuming him to be a T since he called out an inno. So, I killed him and he was inno too. I had no idea they were shooting at a T as the two innos I killed were still in the room and there were still gunshots (plus they were jumping around and stuff, so I thought they were shooting eachother). Following that, I played for another minute or two (and died, coincidentally) then left because my father was yelling at me to get off. I did not leave to evade a slay, but, simply because I had to (and I would've explained it to Nexus right then and there, but my dad would've killed me if I stayed on the computer a second longer). And, on the case of RDM, it was just a misunderstanding. One of the two was called out (by the other), and they appeared to be having a gunfight. I apologize. I really like this community (and I've stuck around here for a few months now, plus, I plan to stick around for many more) and I hope that you see what happened was just a misunderstanding (I had no intention to RDM). I'm sorry for any inconveniences and hope to get this straightened out. Thanks.

Don't you think the guy calling him out would've been shooting him if he was a T? This is why you should always let a gun fight finish before jumping in. Anyway, if the story is true I'm fine with an unban. He sounds sorry. Guess we'll wait for nexus to post.

I'm all for the unban, though I would recommend not leaving immediatly after killing two innos next time.

Ok, I can do that. I apologize for leaving, but it was pretty much out of my control. That was a really weird set of circumstances though and it won't happen again. Thanks for understanding.

I see a case of wrongplace-wrongtime syndrome. I prescribe a healthy dose of unbanning, as the subjects mental state is healthy. I'd also like to point out this guy has had no problems in the past, so he may also need a bottle of forgiveness.

Seems like a misunderstanding, so I support the unban.

next time I suggest messaging the admin about the situation, and remaining afk for the slay, you know just alt tab out and close the game later.
