My fricken brother just HAD to do this

Hey guys...
  I'm hoping one of you can help me out. The only ones I personally know that could is Chris or Whole Grain...and they're both offline -.-. But on the issue. I was playing on KAT (which I'm admin on) and all of a sudden I see a message "Disconnected: Added to ban list". And at the time my brother was trying to join to play on the KAT server. So I asked him what he did, and he finally told me he was trying to do something ridiculously stupid. He was trying to log on to the Rcon through the command console. Since both computers are in the same house using the same modem, we share IP addresses. Instead of banning him, it banned me. I talked to Junk (KAT owner) and he said he unban me, and he restarted the server before he went to bed. But he didn't do anything further. I cannot see KAT on the ZPS server list, or join through a friend. If I try to join through a friend, it says "Server not responding" Im soooo mad!!

It sounds like one of the anti-hack plugins whole set up for us, it would be an IP ban rather than steamID so it would ban all computers on your internet connection, thats probably the root of the problem.  Aaaaaand im gonna go out on a limb and say i should never have unbanned your bro.  Seriously he should be added to a permaban simply for attempting to hack our goddamned server.
