I would need more evidence to permaban, looks like there is only 2 or 3 rdms.

Also is that the actual khoshy on our server? If so that confirms that sourcebans are screwed up right now, as he was permabanned quite a few months ago.

Edit: It is, googling that has just confirmed that it is khoshy.
