    After the round just started, I heard gun shots. I followed the noise and I found Charizard killing someone. When I go and ID his body, it was a innocent. I then shoot him in the head but right after, he leaves the game. No comments or reasons why he did it.

So he admits to doing it.

I don't know why someone would blatantly break the rules and come on the forum and apolgoize for it afterwards.  I'm gonna go ahead and ban as he has admited to doing it so damage logs aren't needed.
