I almost never serverly sever the spelling of server...


Proof is good, but I was unaware that a double RDM was a week ban. Maybe if he left? I was sure it was a slay/1D ban.

You also need to complete the format as completely as you can. It is a sticky at the top of this section. There are also guides on how to acquire evidence in the Gmod section of the forums.

This is why the ban request format does not have "punishment type" option. Each server has its own rules and standards. I will have him until sunday to see this and post evidence since he isn't on the forums a lot. I will make a decision and lock it then.
