Looking to be an Admin

Hello I am Mr.Fluttershy I am not new to Conjoint Gaming but I did have some problems trying to get this account to work (I kept having trouble finding the mail sent to me so my account would be activated.) I hope I can still become an Admin. I mainly play on the Team Fortress 2 Minecraft Trading/Idle server. I would really love to help out the Conjoint Community! I know how to handle situation and people correctly! I have been Admin several times. I own my own server and It is at the moment Out Of Order because I need to port forward again. So I'll explain what I would do with people being "Trolls" or "Hackers." I would watch the hacker and see if it is true. I would watch for a while to make sure he just didn't turn off his/her hack for a moment. If caught he would be banned if not he would be aloud to continue on. Now trolls I have a tolerance for them but if they go over the line they will be punished. I mean disrespecting Admins and Other players I would not stand for. First he/she would be warned to stop. Second if they continue they would be kicked. Third if they return and still act inappropriate they would be temp banned or permanently banned depending on what they are saying or doing. Why you wish to be admin:I just like being admin. I find it nice to help and I always see trolls on servers and the admin is almost never there to stop it.

However, I personally haven't been on the server quite much. Due to me playing other games.
So I don't really know you in person. Maybe Yahtzee (Head, Head Admin) knows you more than I do.

But, I've been reading your format. And it seemed you haven't really read the whole format and extra notations/qualifications.

For instance it is required to have a minimum of 20 posts. Most times if you have below 20 posts.
That means, it can give a negative affect on your admin application.
Then again, you also didn't use the proper format at start. It gives you a "lazy" feel.

For now, I am sorry to say no.

But no worries! You can keep investing in making your post count up. Get to know the community more.
Maybe hop in our ventrilo sometimes. And people will recognize you.
