Easier to make a new post on phone than edit. Currently lost internet ontop of pc not working, tech won't be here till 2marro. After talking on phone with them though they believe the line to my house is broken.

Long awaited update on this xD. I found out my graphics card has some dead memory in it which is causing it to crash not that often as my crashes were happening though. The thing that was causing my left and right crashes was my semi-new ocz ssd which I have a warranty on and am going to bring it in to be replaced. I shoulda went with intel >_> *FIXED*
