14 Dead in Colorado Batman Shooting

So 14 people died when a man in a gasmask and body armor started shooting and throwing gas grenades in the screening of Batman: Dark Knight Rises. Worst shooting in Colorado since the school shooting in 1999, where 11 were killed.

No motive is specified...

This is going to be all over the news for weeks . I mean really, who does that. People aren't quite sure why he did it but he is most likely sick in the brain or something. But he did have a phd. Once they actually get inside his house there will be more clues on why or how he planned this all out . They also said there was a girl who had been a victim of a shooting not to long before week or a month before . But hopefully all will be well soon.

Also it's sort of stupid how their now going to add additional security to Theaters now, like metal dectors. Yeah that will help. He didn't even enter with a gun. He came in, propped the exit door open and got his guns and came back.

I hate America sometimes. 9/11 Causing ridiculous plane security and etc. It just gets out of hand and down right stupid and theirs no need for it. It isn't even protecting anyone. It's just a dumb scare tactic to make America look or feel like their in control.

Yeahh. I mean everyone's had their fair share of death, and we see so much of it online and on TV; you'd think we'd be desensitized to it all by now. People eating faces off, blowing themselves up, shooting up movie theaters.

The scary part is thinking about all the confidence this might spark in other.. unstable people.. Many people seem to have this idea of "if I'm going out, I wanna take a whole bunch of people with me." People are crazy these days, and the fact that the guy got in with all that equipment scares me too.. This just shows how easy it is to commit mass homicide; many more people will probably follow, hopefully not. Protective measures really should be in place, but not allowing people to wear batman masks into movies doesn't really help.

It's sad, but this shit happens. I don't see why you're attacking people for their lack of interest, or respect; sure it's cruel but it's not against the rules..
