it would be better to have a white list for this because a lot of components can change the world in a huge way,  if you keep most the the features griefing would be too easy (the catalysts, nuke, all of the rings)

Not only griefing, but if you don't handle the items correctly they explode. Still want it though.

That wouldn't matter with factions, unless somebody in the faction wanted to do it to grief, which is against the rules.

Meh I'd have to review what we would do there, I see how it could be used to grief aka making nuclear explosions but the point of a nuclear reactor is that it can meltdown, otherwise whats to stop everybody from making a bunch of them.
