Honestly if I was valve I would make this dramatic "Meet the Pyro video" showing it growing up (in full pyro gear) in a yellow room and have it talking about how it played with [insert generic female toy] and [insert generic male toy] and then at the very end as the Pyro is about to take off the gas mask it cuts off. But hey, that's just what I would do.
