Got Arth into this game, ill post some screenshots of it eventually, unfortunately i do not have any of our epic battle, but we still need to raid the pirate base.

Yes it is an excellent game. The difference from some other space RTS's is that it is very streamlined, so its easy to learn, but its a little harder to master. Combat tends to focus more on Capital ship combat and some good tactics are required to not take large losses or lose systems to the enemy. Games can go from about 2 hours to 10+, hell I played a 15 hour game, it just feels epic running with fleets that size.

From the pictures? Naw that's just the unit count for both your fleet and the planets that you take over. Really that stuff is for show, and you can turn it off
