What occurred, what did the abuse consist of:
(perma)gagging me for saying:
"BUUTTTTHURRRTTTT" Only one word.
Had to rejoin because of messed up windows in-game due to alt-tabbing (while loading)
after that I said "HAHA"
and then suddenly perma-gagged me. He said over voip that it's against the rules.
I sure did check the rules and there was nothing about it.

He was a bit mad because he died as traitor. So he was kind of stressed dealing with the administration stuff.

Everyone knows I don't do anything wrong. I just want to make fun ok. Is that a bad thing?

Just look at the reasons for some of them. You'll see quite a few "after rejoining or rejoining to avoid a mute"
I don't make exceptions with the rules. I've told you many times not to troll on the server.

I don't believe that you had an alt tab bug because you only said that after the pgag. However I will defer to the CL's and other admins on the decision.

I honestly do not understand why you would say "HAHA" after rejoining. Were you laughing at the bug that made you rejoin? Because it sure as hell looked like you were rubbing it in Tower's face using the chat.

that alt tab bug you were talking about only while the server is switching maps ( or at least the screen shots you show are) and in your last screen shot  (from the first post) it shows that you said "butthurt" in team chat after you had died, the round wasn't even over so there should have been no bug.

I've had it happen when the round was changing, not just on map change.

Look at the earliest date on that thread. Are you implying I traveled back to Dec 19, 2011 (look at Cortez's first post) and added the rule?

It has been around for a long time, I just forgot to put it in the thread. Admins don't need to know what all the standards for punishment because they may push the limit but not cross it.

look at the screen shot, it says 5:18 minutes left sounds the rounds wasn't anywhere near ending. And yea i get the bug to after map switching and round ending.

How would I watch on a Trouble in Terrorist Town admin topic. In an admin office. That is only supposed to be for Trouble in Terrorist Town admins...

Like you know all about the bans and muted/gagged players on hale. It's doesn't make any sense.
