Hi, I'm Crypto and this is my formal request for an unban from the CG website. I was considering posting for a while on this IP (my home computer, which oddly isn't banned anymore) and demonstrating to the administration that I'm in no way harmful to the community, but I decided that such behavior might be viewed as a betrayal of trust or something to that effect and that it would be wiser to take this route.

I'm going to be blunt and brief, because long-winded sugarcoated bullshit would be an insult to the intelligence of the community leaders: I don't really understand the logic behind keeping me banned. People frequently called me a troll but trolling was never my intention; I simply enjoyed taking polemical tacks. The only situations where I would go overboard—other than some religious discussions, perhaps—were ones involving Inject. It's been a long time since I've interacted with him and I don't think I could muster the ire to care at this point. The last year has been pretty wearying for me and—if you'll give me the benefit of the doubt here—I no longer have much interest in squabbling on gaming forums. I just want to be able to participate in onsite discussions with certain people. It sucks to be stuck on the sidelines all the time.

Before you re-ban this IP, if that is your intention, I'd like to at least speak with those of you who oppose my unban, either in this thread, through private messages, or on Steam.

Everyone knows I very well believe he should be banned. For some reason I don't see cadaver and inject lifting it though. I don't think there are any valid reasons against either besides "we don't want him to be bad agan" and use the few bad experiences they had in his last posts but crypto is the best man on the planet. Refusing him re-entry after tictac was let back is silly doh.

Not really Corey.... Pillz just wants Crypto back. Seeing that the CL's have refused your previous 5 ban appeal requests, I highly doubt they will suddenly change their minds.
