i said that someone  was a **** i got gagged then two other people said shut up u fucker talking to me and they didnt get gagged then i left and joined back to check the motd they gagged me again i did the same thing one more time they perma gagged me then they said if i use mic and ask them to ungag me they would perma mute me if you ask me they are abusing their power! (if you want to know the names send me a comment.)  and why can they curse and i get gagged every time i do names: ??mystery?? or Cortez (Mr. T. FOO!) im not sure which one

We did not say you would be perma muted, we said if you spammed about asking to be ungag'd you would be MUTED, not perma muted. You never said anything about trying to look at the motd. The correct format is in blackllama's post

Wait, You leave to check the MOTD when you can just type !motd (iirc), therefore Gag-dodging, and then you leave and come back again to.. what, check the MOTD again? Clearly you were gag dodging and, again, iirc, that's against the rules.

You really should have sent the admins a message through admin chat to tell us what you were doing if that is the case plus you can look at the motd through the console and it pops up when you join. Derpy Hooves (not to be mistaken with Derpy "Accident" Hooves) has two bans on the server I believe so he should know the rules by now. Honestly I'm indifferent if he gets ungaged or not but the gag was warrented.

So by the looks of it, gagged for player disrespect, pgagged for avoiding mute.  If it's a legitiment pgag, then should leave him gagged.  Besides, no chance he's getting ungagged until it's in the right format anyway.
