Need assistance with Steam.

So. I just got my main rig working right now. But the problem that is occurring is that whenever I try to open the Steam Community page, steam closes without giving an error message.
If any of you know what I may do to fix this, please do tell.

if te windows re install  isnt  workin  then i suggest you to throw your pc out from da window and buy a new pc
