    • What was the problem/offense?: The Offender RDM'd me without any proof at all of me being a Traitor. I did not suspect he was ghosting until I heard his response to my Question of why he RDM'd me.

    • Other comments: It was the last round of this map and I had every intention of going to bed after this one. I was doing pretty well as a traitor this map. I just so happened to have been selected as a traitor again so I was pretty sure I would not be suspected at all if I just played it cool the first few minutes of the round. I went into the nether a couple minutes in and I noticed 2 bodies by the portal on the first land mass. IIRC both were ID'd. I saw another body over towards the middle of the nether room and it was UN ID'd. I ID'd this body and I remember stating to ppl Good god we got a massacre down here. Or something of that nature.

I noticed an AK right by the first land mass and half way in the lava dropped by one of my fellow traitors. I said HOT DAMN to myself, but I already had a knife on me. So I figured, let me go kill off one of the stragglers and then come back for this and finish off whoever is left with my other T buddy. At this point NO one had come into the nether after me.

I went back to the regular part of the map and I headed for the T tester. You know usually you can find one or two ppl just hanging around up there. As I walked in I did not see anyone immediately...I figured lets check down below, so I go downstairs maybe I will get lucky. HELL YES A DETECTIVE! I stabbed that sunvabitch and then put his body into the bottom door in the T tester. I DID NOT ID this body!.

I immediately made my way back up and out of the T tester room...NO ONE was around. I made my way back to the nether and I picked up that sweet and sexy AK-47. I turned around and started towards the Nether portal. Someone comes in and just blows me away.

Immediately I was like AWW GTFO here!  I hadn't even killed That Detective 1 minute ago there is no way this dude had DNA on me...maybe he found the body and put two and two together.

I Flew over as a spectator and I found that the Det was still an UN ID'd Body.

At this point I am so furious because this was my last round for the night and then I get killed by some trigger happy asshole.

It gets worse.

While I am venting into the team chat in spec I watch this guy now like a hawk. I don't have any more proof to back up my next statements other than asking you guys to investigate, but He then kills my T buddy Phoenix which also looks like no probably cause/proof for him being a traitor.

Someone else said He is ghosting in Chat. I can't remember who...They had a name that began with "M" maybe it was "Meh?"? Anyway...

At the end of the round  I asked this guy I say WHY DID YOU RDM ME?

He said I saw you kill Demented Soul.

Bullshit...The Body was Un ID'd and the only way he would have known that I killed demented Soul would be if he was Ghosting with either Demented or someone else.

Is this proof enough?

Anyone else from this morning want to back me up?

Also: I will apologize now for my actions, At the start of the next map I REVENGE RDM'd MoBroes. I will take my punishment, but I could not control my anger after playing over 6 hours of Gmod and being extremely tired.

It would not be far for me to accuse someone of doing wrong in the server if I myself try to hide my own actions. In the next round MoBroes Immediately killed me as well. Then he left the server.

I can deal with RDM and most of you know that I have not taken matters into my own hands, But having the audacity to cheat at a game that just crosses the line. I know that Admins cannot be monitoring the server 24/7. I know that people will take advantage of not seeing an admin present and exploit to their greatest levels just to win at a game, because they are lowly human beings and have no respect for rules governed by either our Federal laws or hell even a tiny little game server.

I have my own community where we have 12 Games servers running MW2, CSS, TF2, S&I, and TFC. Two of which are hosted in Europe and I have very dedicated community members who help to run and administrate the servers. I am so aware of how difficult it is to govern so many different games. I only tell you this so you can understand what my side of the fence was at the moment I broke on of your rules.

I do not usually find myself on your servers without at least one admin within grabbing distance, This has been my first encounter of this type. It has also brought me to the edge where I have decided to stop playing TTT for some time and Focus on less aggravating and obnoxious filled games.

I will say though that I really do enjoy your server. It is the best TTT server available.

The best weapons (LOVE THAT PUMP SHOTTY/1 hit kill knife/Insta kill Head shots)

The best admins (Always on top of RDM and rule enforcement)

The most accepting rules for Voice chat (I am growing to accept the little kiddies on the mic)

The best load outs for the T's and Det's (None of the crazy shit like INVISIBLE T's...my god am I still sad that this exists)

The best atmosphere for commutative play

The best system administrator. (I appreciate the fact that Tower took what time he could to get the server back up and running as fast as possible...it's not like it is his only worry in life to cope with the server woes. I can relate with this as I have to tweak our own servers on damn near a daily basis and I have the home field advantage for most of them since they actually sit at my house)

In a way I feel a little ashamed that I let myself lash out at some azzhat who Trolled me by being a suspected ghosting prick. I don't even feel accomplished after I killed him that one round. even if you find him worthy of a ban I do not think that is enough...people need to learn to play the game as it was designed and not just hop to the next server on the list to Troll and Ghost it up some more.

Anyway I know your eyes are damn near bleeding at this point...I just wanted to say that I live by a strict moral guideline. "If no one ever says anything...Nothing will EVER change."

Did that happen while you were in game? You had come in when the map was on Camel.

The incident occurred one map prior on Minecraft.

I read your novel of a story, anyway, that log isn't the best of evidence, it can easily be edited, screenshots of the damage log or demos are the best.  There's no solid proof on mobroes, but you did admit to revenge RDM.

Yeah thats the problem. It is quite easy to take pictures in steam by pushing one button. All we really needed was some pic's of damage logs and he would be banned (if it is true, since we have no real proof)

So basically we can't do squat unless you got some proof
