Look, we do appreciate you wanting to help out with admin. 

We appreciate you playing on our server, and wish you continue to do so.  Bring friends.

AS you noticed, we are more "friendly" to young age players than most servers. 

That said, we have requirements for our admin.  We have learned the age of 15 is a good base line, as the person is more mature, and less likely to abuse, in general.  Not talking specifically about you.

People who want to be admin, must be active in the forums, and the community as a whole. 

So, this is denied.
