Additional comments: Moose's claim that he gave good warnings the map before is illegitimate, as you can see he was quickly spammed over and his messages buried, to which I saw none of them. He also claimed to have warned six times, but as you can see by the evidence he only warned three times, the last one immediately before muting me, the first one buried by radio messages, and the middle warning at the beginning of the map where it was missed by the join messages.

Also, I wasn't even saying U.S. States, I was giving German states because we were having a good fun time. It is the responsibility of the admin to make sure he has made himself clear in his pronouncements and fall fate to a Requerimiento. Not only that, by the time I appealed my mute, the state had already been guessed correctly; thus, leaving no reason to keep me muted. He muted me; I finally heard a warning for the first time; he should have had more respect and unmuted me at that point.

Not to be against you but.. An admin does not need to "warn specific players." If an admin says "stop," then the entire server is warned. Spamming something that is vital to the game so players can't game as well.. along with the annoyance.. it's against the rules. Besides, one warning is enough, even if it was for a different round/map.

Another thing to point out -- Don't go "around" warnings like you did. It only tugs the chain. For an admin to say "stop spamming states," and then you say a German providence? It's the exact same thing, and you deserved the mute. Sorry.

Hey guys this was me. 

Half the server was trying to guess where people lived so they were screaming states/provinces. 

I warned twice on wintermansion then muted a couple of people but somehow you missed that.  The map changed.  I gave TWO more warnings and somehow you still missed those. 
Vex'd was telling you to stop as well (the person who's location you were guessing) and everyone else had stopped after being muted too. 

You then fought me on it for a couple of rounds.

If I tell 1 guy not to shoutcast and another starts, the second will get muted. If one person is not allowed to do something over the mic, guess what, NO ONE IS!
