Athlonz kind of disappeared for a while and he seems like he changed, yeah he was throwing random nades, possibly hacking, and overall even before he was banned he's been a generally obnoxious (not trying to flame) I believe I had to mute him for singing a few days ago after warning a couple of times.

EDIT: By the way I had the suspicion he was aimbotting before those last kills, that's why I was speccing and recording him.  I don't remember what made me want to spec him though.

I "disappeared" for a while because I had a new job back in october, at that time I rarly played TTT
I had my head somewhere else.

And yes I throw nade down at me and run, this is a tactic I used quite often to escape people that follows me.
Afterall, it is not really efficient for innocents, as other innocent run into fire/discomb.
The fact that innocent can throw nade, but only in a "large" area with no one around seems to be a waste of grenade, I try to use it as a purpose as much as I can.

I still think he deserves a second chance, whether he was hacking or not, I think he's learned his lesson. If we let him back he should be on "probation" if he rdms, hacks, or breaks one of the rules just perma ban him again, if he's dumb enough to break one of the rules after fair warning, then he can go do what he wants somewhere else.

It's quite clear though that he doesn't want to be permanently kicked out of this server. He obviously knows he's fucked up and is willing to do what it takes to come back. Usually people who are done with a server are just done with it and won't make a ban appeal.

there is def something up with the bullet spread, and that shotgun kill is a little snappy.
probably what will happen is a probation, which means anything = instant permanent ban. Perhaps even a community wide ban.

Anyway.  There have been other 'long time members' who 'fucked up' and came back with a sincere apology, they weren't given a second chance.  Although unlike this there wasn't much contreversy over whether they were guilty or not.

Ok, so how do you want me to play? If the verdict is positive for me, how in the world you want me to drop the TMP? utilize something else? I would have to force myself to not be good...

I love that gun, It got me banned, just make it way less acurate, less quick and all of that "aimbot" topic wouldn't be there.

Propose me a way of not getting perma banned for false accusation.
What about pistol only, foot shooting, and occasional suicide to be sure admin doesn't think I hack?!

Since I am the one that banned you, I'm not going to say my word is law. I will allow one of the CL's to decided as their are my superiors in the community. We've both presented our arguments and I see no need for a flame war so I will ask one of them to decide.

Here is my response: IF you want a Community Leader to check it, ask the former TTT Head Admin, and present CL, Jorgen to look at the videos, and talk to the Admins who saw it.
Jorgen is the most experienced of the CL with TTT.
I defer to Jorgen.
