He didn't "necro" anything. He posted on something that was 8 days since the last post, and "necroing" is:

16)   Necromancing Threads.  Threads over 2 weeks old should not be posted in, unless  permission is given by the Forum Moderator

8 days =/= 2 weeks. He's new the forums and trying to get his post count up. He posted on something that was barely over a week old and instead of warning him, like I got when I was trying to get my post count up for admin, you -1 his app without even knowing him as a player? Trying really hard not to insult you.
