Alcohol plus facebook doesn't mix... alcohol plus a cellphone doesn't mix. Alcohol plus anything really don't mix. I came home from a party heavily intoxicated and decided I'd get on TTT, which was a bad move. Anyways, I said the N word in a "nonoffensive" way. More like calling someone dude or bro. I was warned for it, apologized, and maybe 20 minutes later, it slipped out again and I was permamuted. I believe a permamute was a little over the top in punishment, I'm still muted to this day obviously and it was a drunken mistake. TTT really isn't too fun w/o communication haha, I don't even feel a part of the game anymore. I really enjoyed your server before, and would like to enjoy it again. Thanks. And I'm going to throw in a me gusta just because it makes me lol.

I have a few things to say; First of all admins do not permanently mute people for saying the "n word" twice, you must have used it more times or in a certain context. Secondly there is no "non-offensive" way of saying the "n-word" as the word itself is offensive. Finally, not taking the time to fully fill in the format does not show that you care enough to want this unmute.

I wrote a really long reply to this and the forum deleted it and redirected me so heres the short version...I only said it twice, I'm not lying. I honestly don't know the admin and I'll fill in my steam ID depending on which way you guys decide on this. I'll fill it in now if you need it though. Also, I know where you're coming from saying its offensive, I put nonoffensive in quotes because I didnt directly target blacks, saying a stupid racist comment such as they eat fried chicken or something. I just added it to the end of a sentence.

What we need is your steam ID to verify if somebody did pmute you, so that would help greatly. In terms of what you said, regardless if it is "non offensive" the n-word in no way is condoned at CG along with any kind's of attacks against religion sex etc. We don't care how you use it or what context you put it in, its a no no on this server. Besides that  imho a pmute would be too harsh of an punishment if you used that term as much as you did. It would warrant a mute, along with being told to not do it again but not a pmute. The only way that would really go down is if you started doing it repeatedly or continued to disregard an admins orders

I Know we got that list and his name isn't on there but i figured there would be a way to find out who did it. My guess is it would have to be one of the new admins.

If he was muted under a different name that might be why he doesn't seem to be one the list. :-P This is why i asked for STEAM ID on there as well!

OP edited, steam ID added. The admin justified the permamute saying he had already warned me once.

" I said the N word in a "nonoffensive" way."  Incorrect. There is NO 'non-offensive' way to use the N word.  A lot of people do not understand this concept.  You may intend for it to be 'non-offensive.'
Intent does not always show itself through the spoken word.

And when you are asked not to, and do it again, it smacks of poor intent...

Alcohol with game, and a lot of other things, do not mix.  But I would rather you be gaming than driving, by a very large amount.

And PLEASE listen to the Admin.  When we warn you, we are trying not to punish you. We are trying to give you the option to not violate the rules again, or learn not to do the violation.
We like to give you the opportunity to say, "oops, my bad," instead of hammering you.

And unlike other communities/ clans, we do not charge you $ to get a mute /  ban lifted.

Hmm.  How about give the guy the "benefit of the doubt?"  With the knowledge we can easily re-mute?   Just my suggestion.   Gee, I must be in a forgiving mood today.  I think I will go lay down, and let the mood pass...

...Who muted him? It would be easier to talk over an unmute if we knew who did.
It might actually have been me, just MIGHT. I don't remember you nor muting anyone for racism lately, so I doubt it.

I was really drunk but I think commodore muted me... that might be completely wrong though.
