Server is going thru its set up and tweaking stage.  It is not announced yet.  This app is a bit premature.  We only have the Head Admin nomination thread up.

So, effectively, there is no official Head Admin, yet.  And the Head Admin is the one responsible for reviewing possible admins.  Therefore, I am locking this, and will ask you to reapply after the "official" announcement, or when Zukuto is granted "official" status.

I think its great, though, there is obvious interest in the server before it is out of the testing stage. Please do reapply Bigsister.
