Going from getting banned 3 or so times for karma, and several others for other things, to admin behaviour. Nope.

um only had 1 karma ban... thats all i remember being banned for... and almost got banned on a rdm complaint against me when the other dude was rdming me and others but his ban on me got denied...

Actually it is more than 1 ban, several, because you've even complained more times about it than 1.

I remember the old sourcebans had around 3 or 4 with your steam ID so.
I actually hindered you from being permed back then, I believe as many as 2 people asked me to perm you.

I believe people should be given a second chance, you have to make mistakes in order to improve both of which Shikaru has done.

I went through a few different apps.  I've also been banned, there's plenty of admins out there who've made mistakes.  Besides, if he previously was RDMing, he's not doing it anymore, people change.

I'm with Blackllama on this one. I've been banned from the CG TTT for like 4 or 5 times (all because of RDM, when I still thought it was fun ruining other people's game  ). Then, I began respecting the community and eventually took part of it. I'm proud to say that since my last ban (which was like 4 months ago) whenever I rdm (which rarely happens), I admit I made a mistake and ask the person if he/she wants me to slay myself.

Yes it is his forth app, yes he has a history but he does deserve a chance. Being an admin is a big responsiblity and he needs to do his job hence the point of being a trial admin before becoming a regular admin. Any solid abuse from him or any trial admin can mean loss of admin

Give him a chance at admin. If he doesn't do well, if he's a stuck up admin who thinks he's better than others, or gets an admin abuse claim filed against him...then take it away.
