What kind of complaint?: Map
Why are you complaining?: Casino is a huge map.  It's like 90mb, most maps are under 25.  I don't think the map is worth that much of a download, the server generally loses players when it switches.
Suggested solution?: Remove or possibly replace it.  (Not that I have any suggestions.)

Why are you complaining?: You break the machine, it sets the entire station to explode, basically really easy way to mass RDM, you also can do it preround.
Suggested solution?: Remove it.

Suggested solution?: I DLed it off fastdl manually and unzipped it and it worked.  Might need a re-zip idk.

I cannot remove it from the server, i don't know why. It's NOT supposed to be there.

Why are you complaining?: There are a lot of idiots killing their t buddies, it's a tad overpowered, and everyone is using it instead of playing the game normally. Basically it's ruining the gameplay.

Suggested solution?: Remove it from the server.

I know that people are going to want it to stay but it really shouldn't be on the server. It's just causing too many problems.

Too many players were demaing it so I won't be removing it. The server was lacking a real reason for crowds to not be so damn big. I have plans to nerf it a bit, the range it too big.

Unfortunately this is an issue with the model of the window. I do not know any fixes for this.

Someone could unpack the BSP (or find it's VMF file) and change it's material, that normally always fixes it, the current glass texture (and the one on Roy) are supposed to be used for invincible glass, so I think it does confuse itself.
