it occured in the conjoint gaming TTT server in gmod, this is the server IP: 173.243.121.194:27015

What occurred, what did the abuse consist of:
it started when we were in the map minecraft, a map with no weapons, and i saw acecool with a TMP, a traitor exclusive wep and no traitors died so he couldnt have picked it up, i then killed him and he says hes going to slay me next round for RDM and he slayed me 

What time and day did it happen (put down your time zone too):
it happened somewhere around 5:00 P.M., im in the eastern time zone (rhode island)

Additional comments: hes a real dick, ive seen him admin abuse others to before, i think his admin should be removed, hes not good at his job all he does is abuses it

Yo I can support this. I play the server regularly and I can say Acecool is a biased, disrespectful, abusive admin. He kicks people when he feels like it, if you are talking over him he starts saying you're spamming, even when its not, typing something twice he calls spam too. He slays people who kill him when he's a traitor even if they didn't RDM. Abusive as fuck, +support for his admin getting removed

Even though we still don't have Acecool's side, I'd like to say that when I'm around him he seems fine to me.

Also...

if you are talking over him he starts saying you're spamming, even when its not, typing something twice he calls spam too.

Talking over an admin trying to deal with business may be considered spamming, same as typing the same message twice, as it makes it harder for other people to get their words in as well.

And if you have seen all of these things you claim to have aviator, why have you not reported them in the past?

ALSO, to the admins here, that was aviators first post, plus he registered today, the same day deadjolly did, the day this was posted. While I don't want to be a negative ned, it would seem that aviator might be deadjolly's sock puppet, but I don't mean to offend if that's wrong. So it would be cool if a moderator could compare post IPs, maybe account info between the two. Thank you.

I was running around with a MAC10. kickass has changed his story several times in game, and I am sure others will vouch for me.

I picked up the mac10 from a gun-chest. kickass did not believe that innocents could get guns because he didnt have a gun. He ran up to me outside one of the chest locations and started crowbarring me without warning. I returned fire with a mac10, and did not have time to switch to a tmp (which I did buy, but I purchased it underground and never pulled it out for that entire round).

After both of us were dead, I asked why he killed me. He said you were T. I said, yes I was a T but what was the evidence for killing me. He said your tmp dropped. I said yes, the tmp did drop after I died, but why did you kill me? He said you were a T. And it went on like that until the preparing stage where I told him I would give him a slay for blatant RDM. He said ok you can give me a slay but not if I am a detective or T. I said, along with most of the server, that is not how slaying works. RDM = slay, regardless of if you are T, Detective or innocent.

Ok, please make your own admin abuse thread aviator. Next I will go ahead and respond to it here since it is here!

I killed 2 traitors that round and had 16hp left. Chicken was following me, I warned him not to follow and gave him a warning shot which did not hit him. He stopped following me. I then heard deagle shots fired in my direction followed by me seeing chickenma reloading his deagle. I called him out for that reason, he was innocent. I meant to slay myself the next round but I was talking to him while typing it out and accidentally put his name in the slay spot. I slayed myself that round, the round after, and I killed myself the first round of the next map totaling 3 slays on myself for accidentally slaying chicken on his innocent round. Chicken has forgiven me for an honest mistake.

1st of all ur a really bad troll. seconds ace slayed me on accident when attempting to slay himself. third of all i forgave ace cool for everything that happened. aviator is just thrying to be a dbag.

Good job, I thought I was the only one that noticed that.

Acecool is a both an exceptional admin and TTT player who is very familiar with the rules. I wasn't present during the game mentioned on this thread but let it be said that I do not believe he is an admin abuser. Plus, kickass956 (the original poster) has RDM'd me personally before.
