Shpo (Admin Abuse)

I've experienced two issues with this administrator.

• He RDM'd me on the one gray map in a wasteland with a huge tower. Another traitor had hanged bodies in the window on the third floor and he killed me on the first, citing that it was obvious that everyone in the tower was a traitor. Not knowing that he was an admin, he muted me when I asked that an admin slay him for the next round. This mute remained for several rounds.
• Today on Crummycradle he muted a kid over the mic ("ReD TigeR") after a grand total of 2 people out of 24 on the server complained about it. I understand there is a rule about underage players, but the dude wasn't being annoying. The only time he spoke was when he was trying to be helpful. It was totally unnessicary. He did not hold a vote, he did not ask over chat for a "show of hands," he just permanently muted the kid.

This is obviously not enough to get him rebuked as an admin, but I would hope that the higher-ups keep an eye on him in the future as he seems to enjoy pushing people around.

It's not like shpo to abuse his adminshp.  The first one I can undersand was an accident, were you a traitor?  Sounds like you were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

As for the second one, I've muted people who have pissed me off/were squeakers without askin for a vote.  Then if they ask politely via text chat I usually unmute them.

This doesn't look like admin abuse at all to be honest, just an admin doing his job...

Kwuartz wanted him to be muted. That's probably the biggest reason why.

Wow you actually posted this, so I guess I have to explain myself.

So we were playing ttt_camel, and I was a detective.  I saw that a traitor was hanging unided bodies on the highest floor of the building that has about 6 floors, 4 of them have windows and each floor is identical.  So i go to kill the guy on the top floor hanging bodies.  As I was pretty close to the tower, someone on the lowest floor with a window starts trying to snipe me.  So I go in, and Joshua walks out of the lowest floor and I kill him.  I then procede to kill the guy at the top.

So this was in no way RDM, I'm surprised you posted this because it is such a minimal thing and you conviniently left out the part of you trying to snipe me.

As for muting Tiger, he's probably like 11 years old from his voice and he was told not to use it before. 

EDIT: I like the "I like pushing people around part."  I'm really considering that you might be a troll.  This is such an isolated case, let alone that it's wrong.

You didn't apologize for anything. You didn't note that maybe you were more driven by instincts than anything else. You cannot admit you did wrong and chose to mute me to drown out opposition and then minimalize my complaint to make it look like I'm overreacting. Grow up.

It was a p90 I killed you with.  I don't know what no return fire has to do with anything.  Of course I didn't apologize, I didn't do anything wrong, and really?  I can't admit when I'm wrong?  You are basing that off of this one case and is a HUGE generalization.  Just today I accidently knifed a traitor when I was one too, I killed myself and slayed myself the next round.

2. I have heard emo and a few others say this. "If there twelve but their voice isnt squeaky or anoying they are fine."
3. It would be a normal mute. Perm is if they keep trying to get out of the mute. AKA leaving and joining again.

I know, this is what I was thinking.  This happened yesterday, so probably about 15 hours ago.  He was going crazy on the mic on how it was RDM.  I told him he could go to the forums and even gave him the link.  I didn't think he would actually do it.  Anyways I'm pretty sure he's just trolling.

He randomly assassinated me in the tower on a hunch. It was unfair. I value my time as traitor.

Edit: The fact he was more or less bragging about how untouchable he is bugged me more than dying randomly. When I comment that that was unfair, he mutes me. When I type that it's been several rounds and I'm still muted, he tells me to post on the forums and gives me a link. He feels he can do no wrong and knows that you guys will support him no matter what.
