The main reason I banned him, was not because people were yelling about it, but because I noticed a trend.
It seemed as though when he left, the lag would stop after a minute or so. And we would be lag free until he reconnected. I observed this happening about 2 or 3 times.
After he was banned, he couldn't come back the lag continued, in the same interval that he was connecting before, without him on the server. I asked another admin to un-ban because I didn't think I had un-ban powers.
