lost my speeding ticket

i live in florida in hillsborough county
i was speeding like going 48 in a 35 and got pulled over but i said i thought it was a "40 mph zone" anyways long story short i got a $10 ticket apparently my registration for the car was outdated and i think thats why i got the ticket and maybe the speeding he let me off with a warning
anyways long story short we were HIGH AS FUCK and we had this one ghetto black asshole in the car who i suspect of stealing it cause hes just a fucking thug and i hope he gets killed but anyways i lost it or it was stolen by a black guy
i need to know how i can aquire another ticket or pay it online

my friend zane put his bowl (a pipe to smoke weed and tobacco out of)
he put it on the top inner part of the glove compartment and anyways it fell into the console of the car and at first their seemed to be no hope of getting it out of my car and that i would forever have a fucking pipe that reaked of weed inside my car but then he tore of this plastic shit under the ac controls and it was there

Also i reached into the glove compartment and reached reallly far back and i found my ticket i loled so hard

im sorry i accused a black person of stealing it
the only logical case now is the black person PURPOSELY misplaced it by putting it there ( the black guy never drove or rode shotgun so he threw in my ticket into the glove compartment at the right angle without me looking)
