What are some good qualities you possess: I am kind, willing to listen, and I will not tolerate RDM, or any other disruption of the rules of the server, I will listen, but I will not accept any excuses when the evidence of them breaking the rules is apparent, I will not make anyone have any advantages, and I will not abuse my powers, ever.

I will just remind you that first post admin apps are not the kind of thing we are (always) looking for.
We need/want active forum admins to. For handling bans, when there's no admin on a server.

Since some shortage on admins, Some will see your first post app through the fingers, but some may also not.

I'm pretty sure the minimal age for being an admin is 16, then again I don't know how mature you are or the standards of the gmod servers.
