Just read through the rules, and I find that my accused offense is the only rule that was broken. Usually the case for what seems like random killing would be the use of grenades for theft, which is not against the rules. Poeple are just idiots and can't get out of the way.

Perhaps the rules need to be revised.

I would be using my eyes, and I didn't see anything. I definitely would have heard if I was told over voice.
