A long time ago (hell these were my middle school days) I owned a Runescape private server. It wasn't much but I believe I had like 15 people on at a time, and I also coded everything myself. I have also recently had my own Minecraft server, however my inability to keep it up 24/7 and lack of beginning infrastructure is what mostly made it flop.
What are some good qualities you possess:
I have tons of experience with TTT, and am willing to say I probably have more experience then most of the admins now. I started playing on the DNR server, one of the three TTT servers online at that time. I believe this was around late 2009. Not only have I been playing TTT for about a year and a half, but I also am very active now. If you check my profile I have over 35 hours on Garry's Mod this week, all of which was spent on your server. Because of my extensive playing time, I am familiar with all of your rules, even very specific ones (ex. Refusing to go in a test chamber only constitutes a golden gun). If you ask an admin they can probably tell you that I like to play devil's advocate all the time to learn the rules.
Even though I'm not an admin right now, I act like it when there are none on, and assist in trying to explain to people what they were doing wrong when they are. All the time when there are no admins on people will fight about who went wrong, and I always jump in and try to settle the situation.
I also could become a coder for the server if I ever get off my ass and learn LUA. I have a lot of experience with JAVA right now, and have written many scripts for Runescape bots (purely for the learning experience I assure you) that became very popular.

I usually don't use my mic, but I do have one. I tend to not use it because I usually play at night when people are sleeping and when its day my family is always like, "Who the hell are you talking to? STRANGERS!?!?!?" However I will most likely use it doing admin work. This will also change when I head off to college in a few months.
I have a ton of free time, and I hear admins are also needed to settle ban requests on the forums. I can definitely help with that. Hell I could do this at school since this website is fortunately not blocked.
I seem to play at a lot of awkward times, and I am frequently playing without any admins on. This was partially what motivated me to apply. Also when there are admins on, I frequently see rdms not taken care of due to too many at one time, and I would help to lessen this load.
Another note, in game you'll probably see me yelling expletives all the time. Note that this isn't because I'm angered easily, it's just fun exaggerating
. It is also usually needed to receive a response from rdmers/rule breakers since chat is always overlooked.
