If Pgagged the are not suposed to be able to do that dino, but if they keep up doing that in admin chat they are abusing admin chat, so ban -.-
it is still pretty much the same, just you do not ban for 1 trolling without rdm 2 racism without rdm.
If anything minging (I use that as a common term off trolling and racism together) can make something that is banable into a longer ban, say some1 is minging then rdms they get from 1 week - perma depending on how bad the rdm was.
It is basically like leaving it, makes things worse, but not a grounds alone.

Trolling + Racism should really fall under Flaming. Minging is usually disrupting or spoiling the game for other people, such as by glitching doorways, calling out random people to fuck up karma etc.

that ain't an offensive name, but if some1 is called fatN****r then you ask them to change their name. if they don't you can kick them/try the change name command.
