If what Caesar says is true, then the ban is justifiable, and I see no reason, nor evidence to prove that he is lying. He simply did what any admin would do, and did it right, he acted without pre-conception, and banned how he saw fit. I see no issue here, and I believe that Lifeless needs to be defending himself, rather than Kwaurtz defending him, since Kwaurtz has nothing to do with the issue. Racial comments are not ban worthy. Admin disrespect is not punishable. The only thing here is rdm. And jumping from slayings to a permaban is not correct. I was asked to defend him. Thats why I'm here. May I advise you take your own advice and step down then as well?

This "regular" is a known rdmer, my own personal feelings were barely scratched. Someone else also found it racist, before i banned him. The moment i saw some others see it racist i got rid of him.

It would be wrong for me to silence him as he only has one form of speaking, which is text. If i got rid of his text chat he would almost have no way of playing the game. I'm willing to have the ban changed but this was his last leg in my perspective of being around, as he had conducted rdms throughout the day, and recently rdmed me.
