if so bring up your hours in gmod its a bit low
shoot for above 15 hours every 2 weeks (average an hour a day)

hmm yeah thats cause i've been getting some new games recently back when this was up i had alot more consecutive hours, but alright ill get it up again

Hmm.  My 2 cents: Start from scratch with a new application, this one has too much derailment... And is a bit old, not your fault, just due to the forum being down so long...

So make a new one Mr. F.,  Ok?   And yes, your other name may be an issue on forums, wise to name yourself something else...
