Democracy in itself is everyone getting their say, and their vote. That in itself is a flawed concept.

Democracy is a GREAT idea. But you have to leave it as that, an IDEA. The problem is, as in the US, you don't have intelligent people, or the citizens are gullible. Democracy would work best if everybody had the same ideals and wanted to better the country and not just themselves, but unfortunately you get less educated people voting in mass for people who don't need to be in office. (I'm not singling out our president, i'm just stating what I think about democracy in general) So, if everybody was smart, Democracy would be amazing, but sadly, that is not the case.

I don't want to propose my own idea, I want other people to propose their ideas so we can debate them. I personally like Monarchy, but it only works if the leader is not corrupt. I just want to know what everybody else thinks

That is true in modern and previous Monarchy's. But I'm talking about one less corrupt. People cannot govern themselves, but it seems they cannot be governed either. So, to solve this you give ONE person power, and you get rid of the hassle. Although I agree, in previous Monarchy's people were pampered, and ruled to benefit a handful of elite people, but if a truly just person were to be the dictator, it would not turn out nearly as bad. But this poses the same problem as Democracy does, people like that simply don't exist.
