The Ben text seems really out of place.
But other than that it looks pretty sexy like the others.

DARK! And I agree with Dark on this one... The text looks a bit off.

Also, try using a smaller format.

If you're making signatures, try to fit everything into 400x150 at the very least.

You should also work on blending the character into the background.

I really like Code's signature, to be honest.

The text seems strange and it's jagged. The character is blurred and seems to be disappearing is some spots. The background is kind of a mess. It's definitely not bad though, and I've seen worse.

Sorry if I'm coming off as harsh. I'm a member of a graphic art forum (TheSlyder is a member there too), and I'm used to giving critiques on these type of things.
