Actually, I think if the person is seen to be active for a long period of time on the server it shouldn't matter. Admins should be required to check the forums often, not post.

Yes, if he's well KNOWN. Like if 5+/10 of the community seen him once on the forums, and/or has 100-200+ play time.

But i've never seen Arnold. But that's just because he live in the USA, so that's mostly up to the USA side to decide.

You mean like me where I got like 500 hours in one week?
Or do you mean like me where half the server on the forums new me because I activly tried to figure out leaders and rankings .etc
