Not on gaming servers, but I was an admin on a small wiki project. I quit this after general dissatisfaction with how the project was managed overall.

What are some good qualities you possess:
I've played on many servers, so I tend to know what really annoys players, and what just annoys existing admins. I like to think I'm fun to play on the server with, but I can be strict and get to business when needed.
