His steam ID is STEAM_0:0:24295604. Googled it and I didn't see aimbot bans. Also the fact that he signed up on the forums to formally apologize shows he's more reputable then most hackers. I wouldn't say perma for a incident that a admin didn't witness.

Hitting scouts in mid-air is ENTIRELY possible, and can be done without hacks.

Perma without warning? This is definitely sum admin aboose.

well yeah, but the sniper in tf2 is not like the sniper in for example css.
it is way more accurate also if they suck at jumping and jump on a straight line it is easy as fuck to snipe their ass, it gets harder if they are good at jumping but still entirely possible

I've had times (I usually suck at Sniper) where I'm just 'in the game', and can pick off scouts. Its not too hard to get headshots midjump, hitboxes usually suck and a neck shot will do the trick.
