Most of the community seems upset with him. He's been banned from the forums already, why isn't he banned from all the servers?
I thought trolling and discrimination towards others was against the rules..

we have always been leniant towards trolls so no he should not be banned, however his punishment is that of being permanently muted for a while now. after that we will see if he is better, if he is not we will take our measures.

Why did you PERMAmute him then? Why couldn't you just mute him for a certain amount of time...

I'd have to say no phantox hasn't really changed... not talking doesn't change the person on the other side of the screen... he's a true dick to people and thinks he can't be touched... He can still type up shit to people, so nothing has changed. I'm on all the time when he's on and he tried to start shit with certian people, because he knows how to press people's buttons. He will sometimes randomly go on a rdm fest. I say ban him for a week and then see how he acts. muting has done nothing.

him and artix were discussing and i stopped both of them quite easily mech, the thing is you have to say STFU or i will mute you atix and gag you phantox.
also if you make it seem as if they are both at fault none of them will try to keep it upp and you will be home safe, and you will not be trolled by phantox either.
this seems to work quite nicely also seeing that it is disruptive to gameplay it is also not abuse.

he asked me to un permamute him, then Alzine sed that he was muted because the majority of the server voted to mute him 3/4 or something, so i asked remscar and he sed no to the un pmute, for the moment anyway.

yeah. i think it was because we started off bad that phantox and i hated each other, but ive been doing my damndest to be nice to him. and it seems to be paying off. i find him much less annoying.
