I have no problem with Phantox, if he starts to troll you, troll him back, or if you are an admin and find it annoying, talk tot he other admins and if they agree that something should be done, warn him about it, then do it. Usually I find warning him works, and hes never done anything really to push my buttons. That may be hard for him to do though.
