I was there, and this is how it went down. 

Remscar had proven his innocence (several times) and Sigoshit comes along and overtly MURDERS Remscar. He attempts to justify the kill by saying "PEOPLE SAID IT WAS YOU :|", also claiming he was incognizant of all the proof Remscar had given us.

Sigoshit killed an already exculpated player, thus leading to a slay the next round.
